Q: Can I return my Ultimate Edge™ program if I am not satisfied?

To return your Ultimate Edge™ product, place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice and send it to us. Q: I'm nervous about using my credit card online. Is my order secure?

A: Your name, address, credit card information, and all billing information are secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layers). Your credit card information is captured and stored separately from your order to prevent unauthorized use. Q: I receive an expired certificate warning when trying to purchase. Is there a problem with your certificate?

A: No. To verify our certificate status, click on the thawte logo located in our shopping cart. Some unpatched older browsers are subject to a Y2K (year 2000) bug that causes the browser to report that the "Certificate Authority is Expired." The security of these browsers and our site will still function properly to secure your data. To avoid getting this warning, we recommend that you upgrade to a newer version of your browser.



Q: What are the suggested browser and settings for using this site?

Q: How do I download Day 1?

A: Begin by clicking on the "Member Login" button on the upper right hand corner of the menu bar. Enter the unique code you received when you placed your order and click "SUBMIT". You will then have access to download either each chapter of Day 1 individually or you can choose to download these chapters all at once. To save these files directly to your computer, right click on each chapter name and choose "Save Link As.." or "Save File As.." from your options listed.

BROWSER WARNINGS: Whenever you begin a download, a security warning box is usually presented to you at the top of your browser window, regardless of the location where the file is coming from. This warning is a reminder that you should only download files from trusted sources. To begin the download, click the security warning and choose the download file option.

SECURITY SETTINGS: The security settings on your computer can sometimes block websites or prevent them from functioning correctly. The higher your security settings are, the less website functionality will be allowed and features that are considered less secure, such as downloading files, may be completely disabled. Adjusting these settings to either MEDIUM or MEDIUM-HIGH, can usually fix most website problems. Adding places that you often visit to your Trusted Sites list can also help.

FIREWALLS: Your firewall might allow you to download files through some protocols but not others. Please consult your firewall software for additional information.

SAVING FILES: Whenever you download a file, a dialog box should pop-up asking if you would like to RUN or SAVE the file. We recommend always selecting the SAVE option and then choosing your download location. At a later time, you can choose to delete any files you no longer have a need for. Saving your files will also ensure that you have a copy of the file for future reference and may help avoid a lot of unnecessary headaches and frustration.

CORRUPTED & INCOMPLETE FILES: If your file downloads take too long to complete, do not finish downloading, or if they are becoming corrupted during the download process, these behaviors are often caused by popular files being downloaded during the busiest online hours of the day. To reduce the chance that you files will become corrupt or damaged, please follow these suggestions:

  1. Download the file during off-peak hours. This is usually in the early mornings or after 9PM nightly.
  2. When the file download begins always choose the SAVE option. Then save the file to your Desktop or designated download folder so that it is easy to find later.

DOWNLOAD SPEEDS: The speed at which a file may download depends on a number of factors including the size of the file, its popularity, Internet congestion at a certain time of day, and your connection type.
